1. Who processes your data

The controller is the company operating the Neotrade Studio website (neotrade.sk):

2. What data we collect

• From the contact form: your name, email address and the message you send us.
• No cookies. The website sets no cookies.
• No analytics. We don't use Google Analytics, tracking pixels or any other visitor-tracking tools.
• Fonts served locally. We serve fonts directly from our own server — they aren't loaded from a Google CDN, so your IP address isn't sent to third parties when you visit.

In other words: if you don't write to us through the form, we store nothing about you.

3. What we use the data for

We use the data from the form solely to reply to your enquiry and communicate about it. Nothing else — no marketing, no further mailings.

4. The legal basis

• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — to reply to an enquiry you sent us yourself.
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

5. Who we share data with

To deliver emails from the form we use Resend (Resend, Inc., USA). In doing so, your data is transferred to the USA on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Apart from this, we don't share your data with anyone else and we don't sell it.

6. How long we keep the data

We keep the data from the form only until your enquiry is handled, and for no more than 1 year. After that period we delete it.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, in relation to your personal data you have the right to:

• access the data we hold about you,
• rectify inaccurate data,
• erase data (the “right to be forgotten”),
• restrict processing,
• object to processing,
• data portability,
• withdraw consent, where processing is based on consent.
